You can cover up that abdomen cellulite at the beach by wearing a one piece swimsuit instead of a bikini. You have a problem though if your cellulite deposits are more prominent on your thighs. Some people can’t even wear a decent pair of shorts because of cellulite on the thighs. How do you get rid of cellulite on thigh areas? Cellulite Causes Almost 90% of women and some men have cellulite. This condition is most often seen on the thighs and the buttocks. It is true that there is some evidence that cellulite may be an inherited condition. This does not mean though that most women are doomed to develop very obvious cellulite and bear them forever. There is also some evidence that fat and toxin deposits in difficult cellulite areas like the thighs could be made much worse by a toxic lifestyle. Living Right Because people are unique, there are some people who just will not be able to get rid of cellulite on thigh areas through exercise and proper diet alone. Some individuals really have to use a special product or procedure to get rid of cellulite on thigh areas. There is a possibility though that you are making your cellulite look worse by sitting or lying around all day; eating highly processed and artificial food and avoiding fruits, vegetables and water. A toxic way of life can make it difficult for you to get rid of cellulite on thigh areas. Proper Diet Due to the complicated and uncertain nature and causes of cellulite, most experts say that maintaining a proper diet is simply not enough to help you get rid of cellulite on thigh areas. A proper diet however can help you reduce toxin build up that may be partially responsible for cellulite in some people The two objectives of a good diet to help get rid of cellulite on thigh areas is to firm up the skin and muscles and to flush out the excess fats and toxins. Cellulite is simply more obvious in some people because the muscles and skin in some areas are no longer as firm and elastic as before. Muscle building and skin firming foods should therefore be eaten regularly to get rid of cellulite on thigh areas. These foods are those rich in protein and fatty acids. These nutrients can be found in fish, lean meat, nuts, whole grains and beans. Aside from firming up the muscles and skin, you can also get rid of cellulite on thigh areas by removing body toxins. Eat fruits and vegetables that are rich in fiber and antioxidant nutrients that can easily sweep away harmful free radicals and toxins. Exercise A complete exercise program can easily help your body both get rid of harmful toxins through aerobic functions and firm up your muscles through strengthening exercises. Although weight loss programs cannot guarantee that you can get rid of cellulite on thigh areas, a gradual weight lifting program to firm up your muscles will make you appear more solid and your cellulite less obvious.

Among the many cellulite treatment methods available these days, the natural cellulite solution is almost always the best choice. Different people may have different reasons for preferring the natural approach and it doesn’t always have something to do with the expenses involved in medical procedures. Here are some common reasons why you should prefer a cellulite solution. No Pain The common cliché goes, “No pain, no gain.” This may be true in most cases but there is absolutely no need to experience extreme pain just to get rid of cellulite. Some medical procedures really work for cellulite reduction but there are also a great number of people who do not heal and react well to some of these procedures. Reduce the risk of painful infections and swelling by using a good cellulite solution instead. You can still reduce the dimples, sculpt your body and firm up your skin with a good cellulite solution that isn’t painful on the pocket or the body. Realistic Expectations Doctors and health care counselors will tell you before a medical procedure to have realistic expectations. This means that a potentially risky and painful medical procedure is not even guaranteed to reduce your cellulite. Liposuction in particular cannot be used effectively on older people. It is still really your choice to go for a medical procedure but why risk life and limb if you can also get your realistic expectations from a good cellulite solution? Instead of having repeated treatments, you just need to consistently apply your cellulite solution as indicated and wait for a couple of weeks or months to gradually see the results. Convenient Application A cellulite solution is easy and convenient to apply. You can rub some of your cellulite solution 1-3 times a day even when you are away from home. Although some cellulite solution applications will give better results when applied after a warm bath, you can easily bring your solution along on a trip or in the office and apply whenever you need to. The good thing about a cellulite solution is that nobody needs to ever know that you are using one. Whether you are a man or a woman, your can keep your own beauty secret to yourself. A cellulite solution also does not require even a brief recovery period which is a necessity in some medical procedures.

Not everyone is excited about medical procedures to reduce cellulite. A lot of individuals may want to try a natural cellulite remedy first before considering a medical procedure. This is actually all for the better since medical procedures like liposuction have been proven to be ineffective in eliminating cellulite. Natural cellulite remedy however has often been misunderstood to include dieting or staying away from food. Dieting however will not ensure that you will lose all your cellulite since even thin people have cellulite. So what constitutes a good natural cellulite remedy? Food Treatment Dieting cannot reduce cellulite but maintaining the right diet is part of a natural cellulite remedy. If you have been paying attention to your science teacher, you would know that the proper diet has been conveniently outlined in a food pyramid. A new food pyramid has been released two years ago by the USDA. Similar principles however seem to apply. There are foods that you have to eat a lot of, foods that you should eat some of and foods that you should avoid entirely. Since cellulite is basically made of fat, you should avoid foods like pork fat, chicken skin, processed meat, butter, mayonnaise, gravy, salad dressings, fried food and sugary treats. You should eat some lean meat, pasta, eggs, whole milk and rice. You should eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grain and non-fat milk. Water is naturally a crucial part of a healthy diet since it can help flush out body waste. Aerobic Exercise Even if you eat the proper diet however, there is a chance that your natural cellulite remedy will fail without the right exercise. General exercise programs will help you burn your excess fat but these programs are not enough. You should perform more exercises that will focus on your aerobic fitness which is the most important element of human fitness. Being aerobically fit means that you have the proper blood flow to bring oxygen to the different parts of your body. Having enough oxygen in itself is crucial for body cells. Good blood circulation however is also essential to get rid of body toxins.

Cellulite is no one’s friend. Anyone that has cellulite, or the dimpling of the skin on the thighs, rear end, and even the lower leg area, knows that it is embarrassing and unsightly. And they no doubt want to get rid of it! Cellulite is basically fat that is sticking out into the dermis from lower layers in the skin. It gives that dimpled look, sometimes known as a “cottage cheese” appearance, to the skin. Nearly all women (85-98%) have some amount of cellulite on their bodies. It is more common in white females, and it also seems to have some type of hormonal factor about it, because men rarely become afflicted with it. Cellulite, however, is not a symptom of being overweight. Average-sized and even underweight individuals can have cellulite. The exact cause of it is not known, unfortunately. There are some theories that suggest that it could be diet-related, and that eating foods high in trans fats, and foods like pasta and white bread products can cause cellulite to appear. As you would expect, there are many so-called remedies on the market that claim to reduce or eliminate altogether. Lotions, gels, and even pills are sold en masse by cosmetics companies to consumers every year. The fact is, though, that there is no real proof that any of these “remedies” do anything to remove cellulite. Even liposuction, which is the surgical removal of fat from the body, cannot combat cellulite! There are some types of massage that might help to reduce the appearance of cellulite temporarily. Because it is a subcutaneous fat, meaning it is located just under the skin, it has no blood vessels. Massage often helps to improve circulation just under the skin, thus smoothing out the skin’s surface. This temporarily reduces the appearance of cellulite, but does not get rid of it. What seems to help the battle with cellulite is to follow a generally healthy lifestyle. Eat a well-balanced diet, drink a lot of water every day, and exercise regularly. Even though you can’t fight Mother Nature, you can give her a really hard time, and you might find that the cellulite that has plagued you will reduce in appearance, and even go away to some degree!

Cellulite: the culprits Cellulite is the lumpy substance resembling cottage cheese that is commonly found on the thighs, stomach, and butt. Cellulite is actually a fancy name for collections of fat that push against the connective tissue beneath a person's skin, which causes the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker like the surface of an orange peel. Unfortunately there's no hard and fast rule about who gets cellulite, but luckily there are things you can do to prevent developing it Who gets cellulite and why? Primarily the women who get cellulite are destined from birth to develop it. It begins to appear in girls around the age of 14 and increases as we mature when the subcutaneous skin layer thins and redistributes. Cellulite often forms in postnatal women and those who take birth control pills because the body's waste system can't get rid of the enormous flow of oestrogen in the body. Cellulite can develop after a traumatic injury, where the circulatory system has been disturbed. A sedentary lifestyle leads to a hardening of the connective tissue, causing a dimpling of the skin. Men rarely develop cellulite because their network of fat cells occurs deep in the skin. If you were to look at a map of the female body from the inside out, you would see that the cells are smooth in shape and nearly reach the surface of the skin, causing a dimpling effect. Men's cells are shaped more sharply and reside deeper in the skin, rarely poking through to cause the ripples we associate with cellulite. Some of the contributing factors for developing cellulite are:
- Heredity, but unlike the strength of your nails or the colour and texture of your hair, you can do a lot to fight cellulite.
- Insufficient water intake. Water helps the waste system operate, flushing toxins from your body. Drink seven glasses of water a day.
- Diet. Poor eating habits (alcohol, caffeine, spicy foods) contribute to the formation of cellulite because the toxins they produce get trapped in the fatty tissue. And despite what you've heard, crash diets don't work to fight cellulite. In fact, crash diets increase the risk of cellulite because the body thinks it's starving and by attempting to compensate, it assists in cellulite formation. All saturated fats help build cellulite. These fats block the arteries and get trapped in the tissue as well, preventing sufficient waste and toxin elimination.
- Smoking is not only bad for the skin and lungs, but it weakens the skin by causing constriction of capillaries. It further damages the connective tissue that causes the dimpling effect of cellulite, too.
- Tension and stress can cause a muscle to seize up in pain; they can also cause the connective tissue that covers that muscle to seize up. Tension also blocks the tissue, preventing proper waste elimination and purification.
- Medication can disturb the body's natural processes, disturbing the purification system that is naturally in place. Diet pills, sleeping pills and diuretics can all lead to cellulite; oral contraceptives, which increase the body's oestrogen, cause fat cells to enlarge, leading to water retention. Retaining water inhibits the body from flushing the system of toxins, leading to the formation of cellulite.

Cellulite is a very embarrassing problem for most women and they are constantly trying the next anti cellulite product to try to get rid of the skin affliction. Cellulite is a combination of water, fat and trapped wastes that lie just beneath the skin. This is a problem that usually occurs in women, however, men have been known to suffer from cellulite from time to time. Exercise is a great eliminator of cellulite and so are some surgeries and special creams. But dieting combined with exercise and a cellulite detox will stimulate the elimination functions in the body, increase circulation and metabolism, controls excess fluid and water retention and establishes connective tissue elasticity. A cellulite detox will release the trapped fats and shrink cellulite cells. It will also flush the lymphatic system of wastes and other excess fluids. The detoxifying herbs in a cellulite detox will help the liver metabolize fats instead of storing them around the hips and buttocks. The thermogenic herbs will raise the body's metabolism which will enable you to burn more body fat. Is a Cellulite Detox Necessary Yes, it is necessary if you have lumpy, rippled, "cottage cheese" like skin around your hips, thighs and love handles. A cellulite purifying detox is a must if you find it difficult to lose weight even after making dieting and exercise changes. A cellulite detox is necessary if your face looks puffy and your upper arms are flabby. Your cellulite purifying detox cleanse is one of the best ways to start a new health program. The unhealthy fats, trans-fats and oxidized fats all collect into excess body fat. Sugary foods are devoid of digestive enzymes and they end up collecting as excess fat as well. Having a cellulite detox will help rid you of all of these unhealthy impurities. Your energy levels will rise and your weight will drop. Your digestion will improve as toxins are flushed and high quality nutrients are more readily absorbed. Your elimination process will only improve with a cleanse and your circulation and cardiopulmonary performance will noticeably improve.

A curse to many women, cellulite is formed close to the skin surface, producing wrinkled fat cells intermixed with the connective tissue that gives that strange 'orange peel' effect witnessed by many; it is generally found in the lower half of the body. This is not a situation purely confined to those who carry excess weight; this condition even affects slim women who have fewer fat cells. The fats just below the skin surface push against the tissue which results in the skin surface having that dimpled look common of cellulite. The real cause of is unknown so is the reasons why some women are more prone to suffering with it than others but scientists believe that it could be due to the way the cells are structured beneath the skin of each individual. This problem usually comes naturally with aging and similar to wrinkles that form in the face, it is actually the result of lower levels of collagen and elastin in the skin. It is classified as a hormonal imbalance experienced by women and seldom appears on males as normally fat stored in the thighs and buttock is the same as fat stored all over the body so no difference is observed. Often the cellulite goes unnoticed and it is only when a person's muscles are compressed or the skin is pinched that it can be seen and felt but women should not feel depressed about the problem as most suffer with it to a greater or lesser degree. Although it may not be known what causes, some factors seem to contribute to its build up including age, sex, extra fat carried and skin thickness all seem to aid the formation. As medical science cannot prove conclusively what causes the problem, it makes it difficult creating a cure even though a number have been tried including special burning creams. Where cellulite removal massage is offered at a clinic, all that is done is deep tissue massage which just masks the affect so it cannot be seen as readily. Another technique used to remove the fat cells, but not that successfully, is liposuction which is used to remove excess fat in the body but a method called mesotherapy which injects chemicals into the fat cells is still too expensive for most people who desire it. The problem with liposuction is not really the correct therapy for removing this type of fat but is for deeper fats, not those stuck in connective tissue, so it cannot claim to be a best treatment for cellulite. A number of cosmetic manufacturers claim their creams are an effective method of removing the fat cells but it would seem these are just a method of masking the condition making it less visible and so far no definitive treatment exists. Although no treatment can really help, adjustments to lifestyle habits seem to be a better option which means adopting a healthy diet, with regular physical activity and an overall reduction in weight.

The fat is then injected into your buttocks with a series of injections done six weeks apart to create a shapelier, rounded butt. The surgery for the Brazilian butt lift is generally considered less invasive than that of a Buttocks implant. The Brazilian butt lift procedure initiates with liposuction. Liposuction harvests fat used for injections into the buttocks cheeks. Your lower body (lower back, stomach and thighs) may be liposuctioned to make your buttocks become more prominent. This is often marketed as an additional benefit to the Brazilian butt lift; not only do you get a shapely rear end, you may get a total leaner profile that emphasizes your new curves. The fat suctioned from these areas is processed and purified to make the injection materials that will be used for your butt lift. The fat is injected into different areas of your buttocks at various depths. Correct injection methods are essential to sculpt a uniform, smooth, natural appearance to the buttocks. A poor injection job will produce fat shapeless buttocks.

What causes cellulite? Cellulite typically starts forming in women in their 30s due to hormonal changes. Fat pushes against the connective tissue beneath your skin, causing the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker like the surface of an orange peel. If you have cellulite, don't feel singled-out. Studies show that over 90% of women have some form of cellulite.

Liposuction is not a cellulite treatment Even though Liposuction is an effective plastic surgery procedure for eliminating unwanted fat, it does not work on cellulite. In fact, liposuction can stimulate the body to create cellulite. Cellulite treatments are available, but cellulite creams are unlikely to give you dramatic cellulite reduction results Do cellulite creams work? The answer is, unfortunately, "maybe" or in many cases "doubtfully". Few products have clinical proof--using tests that accepted by the scientific community--that a cream can burn away cellulite (or fat for that matter). One alternative that does work is to hide the cellulite using spray tanning or home sunless tanning creams to give the skin a less obvious dimpling appearance.

Aside from caffeine extract, green tea extract, L-carnitine and retinol A, there are other ingredients that should be included in a good cellulite lotion. Some other natural ingredients help support the primary ingredients in a cellulite lotion to promote the overall reduction of cellulite and the complete appearance of skin health. Here are some of these important support ingredients. Shea Butter This West African cooking oil is actually a natural fat extract from a native fruit tree. Aside from being useful for cooking, this fat has also been used for skin protection against the sun and for hair repair and strengthening. It has recently been found to be a helpful component in cellulite lotion products. As the main ingredients of a cellulite lotion work on fat metabolism, shea butter seeps into the skin to promote skin elasticity. Shea butter is also particularly used in cellulite lotion products for its moisturizing and nourishing effects on the skin. Shea butter can be used in a cellulite lotion without the odor and grease since the ingredient can be processed and cleaned before being included in a product. Capsicum Extract Capsicum extract comes from the capsicum plant that originally came from Mexico. There are now many other capsicum plant varieties around the world and the plant fruits are more popularly known as the common food spice pepper. Most varieties of this plant contain capsaicin which is responsible for the burning sensation in the mouth when one eats spicy foods. Capsaicin has been recently discovered to promote proper blood circulation. This is therefore an important ingredient in a cellulite lotion product since promoting proper blood circulation is necessary to flush out body toxins and fats. Capsicum extract therefore supports caffeine in keeping blood flow adequate. Proper blood flow will then result in stronger regenerated skin tissues. Algae Extract A good cellulite lotion may also contain marine algae extract which has been known for its properties that promote slimming. Algae extract in a cellulite lotion works against excess fat and cellulite by detoxifying the body and the skin. Algae extract gets deep into the skin and frees toxins that have been lodged in fat cells. Once these toxins are free, they can be swept out of the body through the bloodstream. Algae extract therefore works together with L-carnitine in the disposal of body toxins.
